By using QuestLabs, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Services Provided

QuestLabs offers high-performance GPU rental and cloud computing services for AI, machine learning, deep learning, rendering, and scientific computing tasks. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use our platform for any unauthorized or illegal activities.

4. Resource Limitations

Users can rent up to 5 GPU instances simultaneously, with a maximum instance runtime of 48 hours. Additional resource limitations may apply based on the selected GPU and pricing plan.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the services provided on QuestLabs remain the property of the platform and its licensors. You retain ownership of any data or content you upload, but by uploading, you grant QuestLabs a license to use your data for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuestLabs is provided "as is" and without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data or unauthorized access.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

10. Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason.
